Mark Rhodes
Mark’s expertise spans business strategy, strategic decision making, and organizational design and change management. His distinctive approach includes using a set of strategic thinking tools and templates useful in determining strategic direction and aligning organizational capabilities with mission, principles and strategy. Mark's “Strategic Thinking” workshop draws from the realms of social psychology, organizational theory and world history to create a unique and inspiring experience for corporate and institutional leaders. He holds a B.A. from Furman University, an M.A. from Wake Forest, and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Harvard University.
